From an extremely modest beginning in the late '50's, Albert Nederhoed has cultivated his trucking company into quite a substantial business.
It was in 1959 that Nederhoed left his life as a farm hand, purchased a second hand truck, and went into business for himself. That was a mere seven years after his immigration to Canada.
When he came to this country, in 1952, he had nothing; less than nothing, as a matter of fact, because he was indebted for his fare from his native Holland. For six years he worked on a farm. Then in the summer of '58 he drove truck for a friend. That inspired him to try his hand at the business.
